Rates & Fees

Our Budgeting process is regulated by and complies with State statutes regulating Special Districts in Colorado. Our goal is to provide the best service possible, stay within our discharge permit limits and maintain our collection system and treatment plant as cost effectively as possible while keeping our user rates as affordable as possible for our customers.

We’ve always billed on a bi-monthly basis rather than monthly in order to reduce costs on labor, printing and mailing bills as well as saving money for our customers. For our customers convenience we can e-mail bills and we can do ACH payments as well.

User Fees

$49.50 per month / per EQR for In-District
$74.25 per month / per EQR for Out-of District

Service Status Change Fee: payable at time of temporary cessation of service – requires simultaneous water supply disconnection – and at time of resuming service.

System Development Fee (Tap Fee)

$15,000.00 per EQR (Equivalent Residential Unit)
Tapping Fee (One-time fee) – Includes Tap on Main - $200.00 / Connection

RV Dump*

$20.00 per Vehicle

Water*

$10.00 per Visit

*RV Dump & Water are seasonal.

Truck Sewer Recovery Fee

Charged to new customers outside the District Boundaries (fee dependent on subbasin in which customer located – refer to District Master Plan)
